His diverse career has included positions with Allstate Insurance Company ranging from agent to Marketing Director, to serving as the founder and principal of the successful Chicago based insurance consulting firm, "The Compass Group, LTD".
He has worked with independent agents, corporate managers and officers from various multiple-line companies and agencies, to improve sales and management performance. He also served as spokesperson for the PIA at several insurance company CEO conferences.
