AGENCY EVALUATION - APPRAISAL PROGRAM –

For agency sales, appraisals, evaluations, acquisitions, mergers and divorces for tax purposes. This program is conducted on-site and it outlines an agency’s strengths, weaknesses and its predicated future viability. The report is highlighted with an agency dollar evaluation as well as a number of agency recommendations. Many agency owners believe that agencies should be valued using a multiple of gross revenue but that reasoning is flawed. Conditions have changed and the the most reliable agency value indicator is the cash flow that an agency generates.

A snapshot appraisal of each of the agency associates can also be included in the final report. This evaluation is generated after written and personal interviews are conducted on-site and gives the owner or buyer an objective look at the present role that each associate is fulfilling as well as possible future potential the associate(s) may possess.
